Evercore Wealth Management was appointed with the Investment Adviser for the Wall Street Fund, Inc. on 5/1/2010, which was reorganized into the Fund in 2014. The current managers, Timothy Evnin and Charles Ryan, have been solely responsible for the Fund’s management, including any predecessor fund, since 11/15/2013 and co-managers since 2010 and 2011, respectively. Mike Seppelt is also a portfolio manager of the Fund. Performance data shown above represents past performance; past performance does not guarantee future results.
